Commissions are not first come, first served. Artist reserves the right to prioritize based on complexity, availability, or urgency.

Artist requires clear instructions and references. Orders with little to no information/reference are not accepted.

If Artist cannot do the commission; outside their capabilities, or don't feel comfortable doing it, Artist reserves the right to decline it.

Client warrants that they have the authority to enter this Agreement, be the point of contact and is solely responsible for decisions and approval during the process.

Artist strives to perform to the best of their ability in good faith and warrants Work is 100% original according to Artist's best knowledge.

Artist may use commercially licensed, copyright-free and/or educational materials, assets and/or tools.

Artist warrants that they will not copy or heavily reference unauthorized materials.

Artist response time is within 48h on weekdays.

For FREE art requests:

Artist does open art requests, but rarely, and Artist does them slowly.

Personal use only!

Only Chibi types and regular headshot (from top of head to shoulders).

Flat color or no background.

Artist does not do full illustration for art requests. Unless Artist felt like wanting to finishing the Work. And Artist retains ownership rights to the finished Work.

Artist turnaround is 2 to 8 weeks, sometimes more, depending on complexity and schedule. Clients can expect delivery within 150 days after payment.

Rush order (+65%) are available only if Artist queue and schedule allow.

If there is a firm deadline (e.g., event, launch), Clients must notify Artist upfront.

It is the Client's responsibility to review and approve the sketch prior to completion.

Clients will receive the final Work as a high resolution PNG file via email, Google Drive, etc. .psd files are available only for VTuber model commissions.

Clients are allowed 4 rounds of revisions (light or moderate).

Major revisions after finalized lineart, work, or approved drafts will incur extra fees.

Full payment is required upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to 100$, so Artist can start the Work.

For orders above 100$ Clients may ask to pay half of the total upfront.

The other half is due within 7 days upon the approval of the rough sketch, or the project may be cancelled.

If Client's commission includes multiple artworks/pieces, we can discuss a milestone-based payment plan.

Invoices, proposal or payment link will be sent to the Client when Artist is ready to begin work. Clients must not send money before these requests for payment from Artist.

Prices paid via PayPal, Ko-fi, STC Bank, or/and Bank Transfer in USD/SAR.

Once Work has begun or payments have been made, the Client acknowledges Work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.

Client agrees that they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.

Please be respectful of Artist pricing. Artist puts time and care into each artwork.

Multi-character pricing:

2 characters = base price x2

3 characters = base price x3

100% refund if Artist hasn't started the commission and Client canceled it.

50% refund if Artist has started and reached the early draft or lineart.

No refund: after coloring/rendering or final delivery; due to the custom nature of the Work, no refunds are offered once the art Work has been delivered.

If Artist needs to cancel due to personal circumstances, Artist will issue a refund (full or partial) based on the completed portion of the art Work. And will also provide the art Work Artist completed to the point of cancellation.

The Artist and Client acknowledges that information and materials that are provided to either party (including but not limited to personal information, technical information, marketing plans, payment information, or sensitive business information) outside of the development of Work, that will not be visible to the public, shall be considered confidential information and shall not be disclosed to any other party without prior written permission from the owner of this confidential information.

Client indemnifies Artist against claims, losses, damages, and expenses related to Work usage by the Client, breach by the Client of the Agreement, or third-party claims.

If Client's rights and the terms of this Agreement are violated or the Work is not delivered as agreed, due to Artist negligence, Artist will work to remedy the situation first according to the terms aforementioned and otherwise to the satisfaction of the Client.

Client is 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.

Agreement date is upon first inquiry/communication or first transaction.

By default, Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the Work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch) and more, exempting when otherwise is agreed upon.

The Artist may use rejected work in progress and versions for other projects according to their discretion, under the condition that it does not infringe the Client's intellectual property rights and ownership of their likeness, character design, branding, identity design or any such trademarks.

Please let me know if you plan to use the work commercially upfront, before I start!

Commercial rights may differ for each commission type.

Commercial broadcast rights means usage of Work on streams, videos, advertisements and other content, or any similar monetized instances; commercial distribution rights means selling or reselling Work to another party, as a part of any product or merchandising, or on another platform.

In the case of original design work and assets for the purpose and definition of the Client's brand identity such as character design, logo design, and more, intellectual property rights of the designs and their likeness are exclusively transferred to the Client for use, production and modification purposes, commercial or personal.

Art commissions for commercial use = 2.5x base price.
